I’m not really sure what’s happening, internet.

Lately it’s as if every news about Nintendo causes grievance and disgust. Ever since the 3DS launch, it’s been nothing but drama everywhere.

People can’t help but complain and complain every time 3DS name is printed or typed somewhere.
The eShop was late and it sucks, there’s no good games, Megaman Legends 3 was canceled, the colors are tacky, the start and select button are awkwardly placed.

Calm the fuck down people.

There’s only two things that are honestly meh about 3DS. One is that the handheld was launched too early, leading to a critical lack of games, the other one is that the battery life is - although acceptably - short.

The price dropped.
Good games are finally coming.
And I’m pretty sure all of you who are so busy complaining didn’t even give stuff like Dead or Alive Dimensions or Shadow Wars a try.
Not to mention all the good stuff on eShop’s Virtual Console and DSiWare.
And I can’t believe people being unsatisfied about the Ambassador program.
Other consoles have suffered similar early pricedrops, and no one bothered to give presents to early supporters.
I know guys who even bought the 3DS before price drop right after the Ambassador program was announced, specifically to get all the GBA and Nes games.

Calm down.

Stop getting fixated on the Pad attachment’s aesthetics.
Ever console has pro and cons. Red rings of death, security breaches, lack of 3rd party support, bad media choices.
But that’s not important. Think about the games.
Think about Monster Hunter 3G. And concentrate on Devil Survivor Overclocked or Star Fox 64 3D. And then look forward to Mario Kart 7 and Tales of the Abyss 3D.
And then who knows what else. TGS is just around the corner, after all.

Stop complaining about stupid shit. Stop being immature. Stop runing around flailing your arms like it’s the end of the world every time something is not what you expected it to be.
It’s not constructive.

Just have fun. That’s what videogames are for.
