Remember those cool Zelda and Link pics from Fernando Cano I reblogged yesterday?
Well, I was browsing the artist’s deviantart page and found this. I don’t want to make a habit out of posting too much stuff out of other people’s galleries, but this fantastic mini comic really deserves to be an exception.

I invite all of you to browse his Deviantart account: it’s full of videogames-related goodies — that will especially make Nintendo fans happy.

I wish Nintendo would show a bit more interest in the Mother series. I understand that Kid Icarus is a big thing right now, but speaking about past glories, why can’t we have a remake or sequel from the Mother series?

Mother still has a lot to say — not to mention that the third and first episode never made it out of Japan — and given its peculiarity and charm it would indeed take a lot of advantage from media hype-storm similar to Pit’s next adventure.

2012 just started, so who knows. Maybe something good will happen.
