Xenoblade Chronicles is very, VERY big.
In fact its world is made of some of the biggest -and more complex- environments I’ve ever seen in a videogame.
But even if Xenoblade is already is a big game as it is, perhaps you don’t know that there’s quite an amount of material that didn’t actually make it in its final build.
The Bionis’ Left Shoulder, for instance.
You probably noticed it during some cutscenes in the final part of the story.
It’s a bit of a waste that the area, although complete in the code, can’t be accessed through “legit” means.
On the other hand, considering how long it takes to beat the game, it’s almost a relief that such a huge location - it’s even bigger than the Bionis’ Leg! - became nothing more than a ghost town in the disc.
Xenoblade Chronicles could have been so big it would have been overwhelming!
Scary, eh?
